There was this idea that loperamide / imodium helped ease withdrawal symptoms in general … I tried it and it didn’t help with much particularly except those nasty runs like Romeo said. Which is still really useful.

I highly doubt there would be any kind of precipitated withdrawal. I’m really unsure how susceptible we are to PW if our main opioid of dependency is Sub. I used to take heroin while on Sub a fair bit, and if I’d only used once I could have my Sub 12 hours after using with zero PW.
