My first few months on suboxone I had terrible sores under my tongue. Never in my throat. Are you new to treatment? I have heard alot of people complain about the under the tongue thing but never heard about what you are describing. I don’t know, you could try calling the 800 number on the package insert. I had a couple strange side effects when I first started treatment and I called them, they were great about talking to me and sharing what information they had about others who have reported the same symptoms. Have you asked your doctor about it?

My guess would be that it is unrelated to the suboxone but you never know…
