I have been on methadone maintain. For a year they are taking me off and switching me to subs beca use my heart. I have been on a 1methadone mg taper from 110mg they have knocked me down 10mg twice and about a week ago they started me on a 4mg taper now I took 4,mg my lastly dose at 930am friday and it is 630pm sun can I start taking my subs now if so how much
