Hello.
I have been on 2 subs a day for 3 months and have been slowly taking less. . Any advice on how to be most comfortable while doing so and timeline suggestions? Also I’ve read conflicting things on taking xanax with sub..but it really helps..can someone help me out with how safe it is and safe amount and how to best do it? Any help would be wonderful..thanks.
