I think you should go with your instincts about telling your OB. I do understand the reasons that some people don’t tell their OB, but I think that you and your husband would feel better with him/her knowing. If you find that your OB is really judgmental or starts giving you wacky advice, please find another OB. There have been many women who have been pregnant and given birth on suboxone, so your OB should know something about it by now.
