Sweet 16 I just read the details of your progress and I posted on my taper the other day. Romeo and Ladder and now you have also been an inspiration for me. My story is a bit different, in that my pain is coming back more as I decrease the suboxone but I’ll find some drug to at least take the edge off that is not an opiate. I am so excited for you. How long do you think you’ll do the skipping dose stuff and are you having any w/d symptoms. I am now at 3.0 mg a day. 2 in the am and 1 in the eve. Just been at that dose for 2 days now and I do great during the day but I have some significant bone pain at night? Do remember how long it took for you to get down fro 3.0 to 1.0 mg and how was that for you as far as symptoms? Did you get depressed or anxious, restless, or any of the more physical symptoms. I had such an awful awful time and now it is much better and that is primarily due to that I did not absorb the films at all and soon as I switched to tabs I was absorbing and dropped my dose real fast to 6 and then went slowly. I am so excited for you and again, the more people that post honestly, well it sure gives me so much hope to keep going. I am certainly discovering like others that very very slow is the way to go. Congrats Sweet and Ladder and Romeo and everyone else who is trying to taper and to those who have decided to stay on sub and are leading comfortable lives.
