I’ve been on subs for a while (3 years or so) and am down to .50mgs once a day. I would like to go to a detox facility (to quit the sub completely) that offers spiritual type settings and one on one therapy, exercise and a medically supervised detox. I would like to be given meds if necessary to get me through, anti- diarrhea, anti nausea, meds for sleeping and or anxiety, which I’ve always had along with depression. I don’t want to sit at home by myself and go through these wd’s. I’d prefer to be with others going through the same thing and work with addiction specialists. I have insurance and even though i’m on the east coast, I’ll go anywhere warm, 30 days or more.

Can anybody refer me to a nice rehab facility that has good reputation?
