I wouldn’t think it would be a big deal to have a small benzo dose each night to help you sleep like valium. Only if you know you could control it. I say that because I’ve used valium as a detox medication in the past and had no real issues keeping their use to a minimum.

Has your doctor prescribed anything like that?
