More sensitive to the cold?

I am becoming more and more overly sensitive to temperature change. Taking a shower is frightful! I just become so pensive about going in and out especially when it is cold out. If I am working outside and it is cold, I can hardly stand the temperature change when I go back into a warm house. As race car driver, it can get up 140 degrees inside the car for extended periods. Then I come out after a race and I will feel as if I am becoming hypothermic even if it is 80 degrees. It is a tough situation.
