ConclusionsAmong patients with opioid use disorder in Iran, sublingual buprenorphine/naloxone was associated with greater number of opioid‐negative urine tests and treatment retention than oral naltrexone, but not significantly greater initial abstinence duration or proportions with sustained abstinence.
