Hello all.

I am currently looking for a doctor who can prescribe me suboxone or similar. I have a full time job, pay bills, and am a productive member of society. I am reaching out because I am tired of the struggles and legal issues that come with trying to get the medicine I need on the streets.

I have severe hip/back/knee pain. My job requires me to be pain free to be productive. I guess you could say I am an addict because without the medicine I am very down, depressed and can not function properly; However, I do not take high amounts or abuse the drug. Normally, one 8mg pill will last me a week. So roughly, I take about 1mg a day. I used to take Oxycodone for pain but could not stand the withdraws when I was with out and the agonizing pain that would come when I could not dose. I found suboxone around a year ago and fell in love with this miracle medicine. Before I would take upwards of 100mg of Oxys jus to be able to work and withstand my pain, but with suboxone just a measly 1mg will greatly reduce my pain and depression associated with the pain.

I am not asking for a boatload of the medicine. I could get by with just 5 pills a month. I need the medicine and would feel so much better about myself if it was prescribed to me by a practicing doctor.
