Lets be honest, we like Suboxone because it gets us high.

When I first got on Suboxone, it got me high as a kite. Even after months and months on it, I was still able to get a buzz from it. I think part of the reason I got buzzed from it was because I wanted to get a buzz from it.

Anyhoo, prior to getting on Suboxone, I had been on opiates for 10 years. I had tried to quit many times and always failed miserably. Like many others here, my opiate abuse started out slowly, but it wasn’t long before it went nuclear and there was a mushroom cloud over my head. In the months leading up to me getting on Suboxone, I was snorting 80mg OC pills 3 times a day and eating all the dang Lortabs I could find just to stave off dope sickness. An 80 OC wasn’t even getting me high anymore. If my opiate abuse wasn’t serious, then I don’t know what is? Yet, Suboxone still got me buzzed. Not buzzed like an agonist buzzed, but it was still a buzz. Kinda like BuzzLight.
