Hun, I aint got one clue because I have tried them all. I can only get the state provided insurance and that crap is just as expensive as what you pay per month for COBRA. My mother had that stuff for years and even though it was higher than a giraffe’s ass, it was good insurance. They paid for everything. However, the best thing to do is check out ehealthinsurance.com and see what they offer, call their insurance agents and just talk to them. The beginning of next year we wont have to worry about pre existing conditions or them denying us for medicine that we are taking or so I hear. I know for a fact that if you have state insurance ours is called Kentucky Access that they will approve you, but like I said ours is expensive.
If you do happen to find something let me know as well. I have tried BCBS as well. I havent tried Humana One yet, I figured if one denied me that all of them will deny me. I aint sure about that though. I hope you find something you are paying more than I pay in a month for Suboxone and the doctors appointment. I would hope that everything is paid for, being that it is COBRA. I know that Mom never had to pay for her doctor’s appointment or her medicine. I think her heart surgery was paid for as well also. She hates that she cant get that anymore. Basically when her insurance was due the next month after she had her heart surgery, they cut her off because she was considered high risk. I will try and see if there are any high risk insurance providers out there myself, because the guy at BCBS told me that Suboxone users are considered High risk. Not that I think we are, but that is coming from them. If you or anyone else finds out anything let us know.
