Hey Kelly, yeah things have been a bit better the past week, surprisingly. Not great, but better than they have been, perhaps because my schedule has cleared up.

I havnt decided whether or not to stick with the neurontin more than a week or two, i guess i’ll play it by ear. I’ve been taking everyday for a week or so because it helps calm the itching of the shingles rash so I can sleep. I think the itchiness and pain are almost gone now though, perhaps thanks to the antiviral drugs I got from the doctor. Or maybe just my age and bouncing back from things a bit quicker (although I havnt bounced back from opiate dependency very quickly haha)
