after having used both tabs and films, i can tell you that i 100% prefer the tabs. when the films first came out i immediately switched to them hoping to decrease dissolving time! i found it actually took longer to absorb as it took some time to get the films out of the packet and then strategically place them under my tongue without them touching (i am prescribed 32mg daily). and i started to get boxes of the brittle subs that came out cracked. after calling Reckitt Benckiser and letting them know about the brittle films, they said all i had to do was open each film and take the brittle ones back to the pharmacy and they will replace them. they also said they were aware of the situation and were working on it. so i decided to switch back to the tabs and i have never been happier!
