I have traveled from Australia to Thailand several times with a months worth off suboxone each time. I’ve never had a problem but you are MAD if you don’t do the following.
Travel with a letter from your prescribing dr. It should state your daily dose and that you are traveling to that particular country. Not just a generic letter.
Contact the Thai narcotic control bereau (or some name like that). Fax them your passport, itinerary, copy of ticket and letter from dr. Ask them for permission, don’t state you’re " arriving such & such a date". They are an authority figure and expect to be treated as such. Think Thai!
I’ve always done this and never had a problem. But, I’ve been there several times and have family that live there. I know their drills.
