I was on Subs for 3 years then I taperedd down to 1mg and stepped off from there. What helped me alot was getting on a low dose of antidepressants. I take 10mg of Lexapro and it has helped so much. My wd from subs took about 10 days but I went right on Lexapro after that to help level me out.
