I’m on day 12 and I do understand the horrible anxiety…like I stated in a previous post to me its worse than having my head in the toilet….I did sommething foolish I went back to pills my favs peerks…don’t do that! My other half fdound some klonopins 1mg I take a fourth of tablet @ night and mostly first thing in the morningalso I have found benadryl has a calming effect and it also helps with the never ending sneezing ughhhhh. I plan on going back on my subs due to my relaspe….try the klonopin or ativan with caution using as little as possible…they can be addictive.
