Need help sleeping!

It’s impossible to be sure what is causing the sleeplessness, it could be any number of the things you mentioned and unfortunately, I don’t know of any tricks that you wouldn’t already know about. Melatonin, over the counter sleep aids, hot baths.. etc.

32 mgs is a lot. Have you guys considered lowering your dose a bit? I’m not entirely sure 32 mgs is doing anyone any favors and could be causing more problems, maybe even lack of sleep? I had a heavy heroin & oxycontin (80s) habit and when I look back at being on 24mgs of sub, I think it was unnecessary.

Edit to add: Does your husband drink enough water? Dehydration can cause sleep problems. I’m surprised the klonopins don’t help, unless he’s built up a tolerance. Does he take them throughout the day too?
