Hello LillyVal,

As a pharmacist I want to thank you for handling this situation so well. Even though we try very hard not to make mistakes, they do happen. In your case, I would bet that after the pharmacist got the RX ready, someone broke the seal and took the 9 films. I would check the seal in the future. Unfortunately, I have caught some of my most trusted support staff stealing drugs from the pharmacy.
