Suboxone wd is pretty well known for its "rollercoaster" effect. Initially, you may feel some fairly significant ups and downs, but as time passes, just like a rollercoaster, the ride evens out.

Taking care of yourself by eating properly (and supplementing with vitamins for added nutrients) and staying hydrated (keeping your electrolytes up because we seem to sweat a lot during wd) will help minimize the ups and downs. Early in wd, light exercise is also good. Don’t overdo it, though. If you overdo it, you’re more than likely to feel that crash kinda feeling instead of the uplifting feeling that exercise should provide. Listening to your favorite music helps release endorphins, sex releases endorphins, a hot shower makes you feel good too.

Keep hanging in there, we do get better…..it just takes time.
