I had to move from Livermore, Ca to San Diego 10 months ago. I continued seeing my old doc in Tracy, Ca because I was getting my medication for free and on was such a high dose that financially it made sense to drive 7 hours to see him (plus he was awesome!) However, my free program just ended so now I need a new doctor here in San Diego and I’m hoping somebody might have some advice and/or doc recommendations for me down here. I’m very worried about finding a new doctor and I got lucky finding such a great doctor last time because the one I had before him wasn’t very nice. She treated me like I was just another junkie, didn’t listen or work with me at all, and also told me that I only needed to be off my D.O.C. for 6 hours before taking suboxone for the first time!! Luckily I knew better, and sorry for the long post but like I said I’m very nervous and REALLY hoping someone knows of a good doc here in San Diego. I’ve been looking for awhile and I run out of my prescription the beginning of next month!!! Please help if you can. Thank you!!
