So, since the form wasn’t in on time they took me off coverage and are now saying: "No, we wont cover you due to your preexisting condition." I can appeal the claim, through the insurance company which I did and I’m now waiting for a response back. If I am denied, I can then enroll in a Program which was instituted after Obamacare took effect that permits coverage to people denied healthcare because of a "preexisting condition." |
Are you talking about PCIP? If so, why worry? PCIP is currently so low that you’ll likely pay less than the folks who are paying private insurance.
