Just wondering about your RLS you had, b/c of your Adderall use during your 1st week of withdrawal. Some say high dopamine levels can prevent RLS, b/c when withdrawing from opiates, all your feel good chemicals (serotonin/dopamine) are depleted, leading to depression, anxiety, and restlessness.
Suboxone withdrawal can be tough, but just think of how much better your life will be after its all over. You might think it never ends, but it does. The misery will eventually pass, and it might seem like forever, but time goes slowly and it will eventually pass. Keep busy, go for a run, even if it may seem like the last thing on your mind. Sweat it out to get temporary relief from your symptoms. It really works to raise endorphin levels, which in turn will increase dopamine and serotonin.
Tough it out, and let this be a learning experience to respect opiates. Withdrawal can seem like the devil, but it’s just your body’s natural response to low endorphin levels.
TOUGH IT OUT, YOU CAN DO IT!
