Sorry to hear that you are in pain! Yes Suboxone is 30 times stronger than morphine but they don’t have anywhere close to the analgesic properties of morphine, especially since you are not opiate nieve. Bupeornorphine is a partial agonist of the mu receptor where morphine, dialaudid, oxi are full agonist. In my experience, the pain relief is short and a tad stronger than 800 Advil. For pain, people tab subs every 4 hours as pain properties are not long term.
I really have never heard of a person being treated with subs for pain as as high of a dose that you are on. Are you seeing a pain management specialist?
