When you feel you’re ready to induct, instead of taking 8mg or more of Suboxone/Subutex, try starting with 2mg or so. 2mg usually isn’t enough to fully precipitate wd, but it’s usually enough to let you know if you’re on the right track or not.

If you feel OK an hour after taking the 2mg of Suboxone/Subutex, you could try another 2mg, wait an hour and repeat until your at the dose where you feel OK again.
