Also Amber, maybe if you both had a meeting with the jail chaplin or social worker to give your man a reference or speak in court on his behalf. Their opinion may carry some weight in your defence as they would have plenty of expirence in evaluating conficted sex offenders. If there’s (self inflicted) bruising, you may need an expert to counter the claim.
All in all, you got to go all the way, to clear his name.
