Are you exercising? After years of drug abuse, then dependance, you probably have to kick-start your brain a bit.

Endorphins are intricately tied to our addiction to opiates. If you’re not exercising, start. It doesn’t have to be anything crazy. Light dumbbells (or heavy).. curls, presses, squats, rows. Pushups, planks, crunches, leg lifts. Get a bike, or go for a walk to start. If you can, work your way up to jogging. I think it makes all the difference in the world and gets the brain firing in the right way again.
Romeo has spoken of how he turned a corner when he began exercising.
I exercised throughout my taper and have kept that up since jumping. I haven’t had a hard time at all. Quite the opposite.
Anyway, there’s no chance one dose of kratom will have any effect whatsoever on your PAWS symptoms. It’s the cravings you have to worry about.
Good luck!
