It would most definitely drive me crazy, johnboy.

I was thinking about this the other day………like what would I do, if somebody had part of my life in some damn book!!??

LOL,,,,,,,,,,like lilly says, most of us are too boring to be in any book Rolling Eyes

But, it would surely drive me crazy, especially what you mentioned about some of it being true and some of it NOT BEING TRUE.
they gotta add insult to injury, I guess.

Anyways, hang in there johnboy Wink

come and vent anytime you need to!!!! Wink !!!!!!!!!!!!

Hey tonypaul…………….

I love that you said tomorow’s another day!!!!!
that’s what I always tell myself, when a shitty day comes along!!!! Like TJ says, pillow to pillow is the way to go Wink

Every day is a new chance at a fresh start

Im with glen bee, that you were on this for 7 years man, its not gonna be a walk in the park. . . . .

I read where (I think) TJ wrote rapid detox doesn’t work that well for suboxone users. I forget the reason. AND I could be way off here, I’ll look around and see if I can find it………………………….

"google" is great when you have some time to burn. the other day I was working in the office and just on google, I saw the thread about rapid detox, so I googled it.
There are some pretty scary things in the waiver they have you sign.
one of them says something like
"can result in INSTANT DEATH"
So, yea, I would make sure and research whatever you can, if you are going to go this route.
Like kelly said, check with the medical board, references,
lots of places will provide references to you, if you ask. Well doctor’s offices and stuff. it would be worth asking.

Anyways, NOT trying to scare the crap outta ya, just trying to help. Wink

I dont know if you already have these links…………

www.naabt.org
has you fill out a bunch of information, and a doctor calls you.

https://www.suboxone.com/patients/opioid_dependence/find_a_doctor.aspx

This one, lists the doctors for you. sometimes not all the information is completely up to date, but hey its worth a shot.
I definitely feel the same way you do. I know that if I went off completely, it would only be a matter of time,,,,,,,,,probably a small window before I was in the next state, at the pain management center. LOL

I really hope you can find a doctor, if it isnt the one you have now,,,,, that sees things the way you do.
You know, I didnt say anything to my doctor for about 9 months.
then all of a sudden I was horrified by some of the stories of ppl being forced off, so I asked what his plans were for me. He said if Im (when) ready to talk about tapering, he’ll help me thru that,
but until then dont fix it if it aint broke!!!!

need a new doc. my current one aint gonna work.

Why did the lord call my son so early? Horrible disease

There is just an equal chance that winningduhepic has died and this is his mother. If indeed the IP is the same, this could be construed as evidence of that and that she’s using his computer.

I’m officially asking (as a moderator and not as a member) that no one post anything negative here anymore. If you have sympathies to offer, please feel free to post them.

Let’s take the high road, folks. Like Rule said, I’d rather that then take the risk of offending a grieving mother.
